Bachelor's thesis deals with problems of surface treatment materials and their basic division. Work is detail focused on technology of thermal spray coatings. This work summarizes the basic information about the technology thermal spray coatings, their features and an overview of methods for their production. The aim of the project is to create an overview of methods of surface modifications used in recent practice and their application in different branches of industry.

The bachelor´s thesis elaborated in frame of bachelors studies branch B2341 deals the problematic filler material for fusion welding. On the basis belles - lettres problems technology welding and their filler material was shown it several kinds filler material for individual welding technology (MIG/MAG, hand arc welding, TIG, submerged-melt welding). First is mentioned problems rise fusing watering - place and on what principle individual technology work. After it are mentioned filler material (producer ESAB Vamberk) electrode, tubule, soft - centred tubule.

The first part of the work focuses on materials of automotive body work, the mechanical and physical attributes and usage. The next topic concerns about particular welding methods from the past till modern trends. Together with welding, the work also discusses the robotization of welding and additional materials.
